List of Steps for Week of 10/7

Posted by Jeffrey Watkins in Super Sci Models on Friday, October 4, 2024 at 8:29 am

All tasks mentioned are subtasks of Performance Task: Designing my model

  1. Select a topic for your model. Submit this topic to the a. Picking a Topic.
  2. Complete b. Purpose and Audience
  3. Complete c. Choosing my type of model
  4. Research the topic of your model. I recommend writing a short summary of the system you are representing. Then, list out the parts of the system that you want to represent in your model. You might not be able to represent every part of the system! That is fine. That would be an limitation of your model that you could discuss later. Don’t forget to record a list of your sources!
  5. Use your research to complete d. Planning the Details of My Model.
  6. If you need supplies, and I am not here, please see David in room 210. He might also check-in on our class.
  7. Make your model! Then, complete the e. My completed model task.
  8. Evaluate your model by completing f. Evaluate my model.
  9. Celebrate how amazing you are for finishing!
